- Excerpt from the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS)

Declaration
By submitting the application, the applicant:
• Accepts the DMW Statutes and its objectives
• Agrees to timely payment of the membership fee
• Understands that the application is subject to approval by the DMW Management Board
Next Steps
Once submitted, the application will be reviewed by the DMW Management Board. Upon approval, the applicant will be officially welcomed as a member and gain access to all benefits of the Club.
